Your voice is made up of three parts in how you and your clients/customers will hear you:
1.Your Inner & Outer Dialogue – What you say about yourself, your company, your products and services. Do you believe in what you are marketing and promoting?
2.Your Traits – Are you critical or caring, encouraging or discouraging, empowering or disempowering, etc. Your characteristics/traits will shine through in your messages.
3.Your Reflection(s)- How do you mirror your ideal client/customer? If your customer is bold and loud, do you come across as meek and soft spoken? The ideal way to market to your ideal customer is mirroring them back. So, if your customer is bold and loud, be the same. In fact, the Apostle Paul in the Bible (I Corinthians 9:22) said, “To the weak I became weak, to win the weak…” He essentially said, “I became all things to all people so that I may win some”.
